SUPPORT
Refund policy
Clear rules for digital delivery.
Before delivery
If payment was taken but no key has been purchased or delivered, contact us promptly. We can normally cancel and refund the order after verifying its state.
After a key is delivered
A delivered or revealed digital key normally cannot be returned for a change of mind. This is because the product can no longer be reliably resold. This does not limit your rights if the key is invalid, materially misdescribed or not compatible with the region and platform shown at purchase.
Invalid keys
Contact support@g-keys.com with your order reference and the activation error. Never send the full key in an untrusted channel. We may ask for screenshots and activation details to verify the issue with the supplier.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers can take several business days to display the credit.

Game update
Cyberpunk 2077 on PS5 Pro: The New Graphics Modes Explained
Cyberpunk 2077 now has a dedicated PlayStation 5 Pro update with three graphics modes. That is useful for existing owners, but it does not change the basic purchasing questions: platform, game edition, expansion ownership and account region still come first.

What the update changes
CD Projekt describes three graphics modes: a recommended ray-tracing mode targeting 60 frames per second, a performance mode that can reach higher output on a compatible variable-refresh display, and a heavier ray-tracing mode designed for high-refresh displays or a lower frame-rate target.
The update also uses PSSR upscaling and optimisations for lighting, shadows and reflections. Results still depend on the display, system settings and the scene being rendered.
Hardware does not replace edition checks
A performance patch does not automatically add an expansion or change a base-game licence into a complete edition. If you want Phantom Liberty, confirm that the product title and included-content list name it. If a listing says DLC, it requires a compatible base game.
Choose modes by experience, not by label
Use the recommended ray-tracing mode if you want a balance of visual effects and fluidity. Performance mode makes the most sense with a VRR display and a preference for responsiveness. The most intensive ray-tracing option favours image features and needs a compatible high-refresh display for its intended 40 fps mode.
There is no universally best setting. The stable choice is the mode that matches your display and what you notice while playing.
Before buying
Confirm PS5 rather than PC or Xbox.
Confirm base game versus expansion.
Check whether the edition includes Phantom Liberty.
Use a PlayStation code matching your account region.
Update system software before comparing graphics modes.
